We are launching our new website in an effort to make our restaurants as customer friendly and accessible as possible. Moving into the future, the internet is where most of our customers desire to receive information, and we are here to meet your needs. To provide a quick overview, our main goals with this new website is to provide you, our customers, with important information about new products, special promotions, discounts, and coupons, job opportunities, our catering and boxed lunch offers, location information, and nutrition facts. Beyond what we are able to offer you as a customer, we also want to receive your feedback. Did you have an enjoyable experience at one of our locations? Tell us about it! Is there something we can improve upon? We want to know!

Beyond the website we are also launching marketing campaigns through the social media outlets, including facebook and twitter. Become a fan on Facebook or follow us on Twitter. We want to make our information as user friendly as possible and to provide you the opportunity to keep up with us!

Beyond offering special discounts/promotions to our fans and followers, we are setting up a separate part of our website for our employees. Information and blog post about C-Bay to follow.

This evening (Aug.11, '09) I bought a 5.00 fill up box and asked for breasts. The total was more than 5 dollars and was told that breasts cost more, but I said fine because it is worth it. I got home and found there was only one breast and a wing and tasteless mashed potatos with not very much gravy and an undercooked crumb of a biscuit. Clearly not worth the price. I asked the girl (I ordered inside) how many pieces I get in the box and she said two. I actually thought a fill up box would be filled with chicken and the side that came with it wouldn't be inside the box taking up the room

I was very disappointed in my meal. I hardly ever go the KFC and really cannot remember when the last time was. But I was alone this evening and wanted something other than a burger from McDonalds type meal. The biscuit wasn't brown and falling apart with no taste at all and the potatos were yukky because of such a small spoonful of gravy. My goodness what happened to KFC since I've been away. The grilled breast was good, but paying what I did for that wasn't a deal, the wing was absolutely nothing. Why did they give me a wing when I thought I was getting breasts as the extra cost implyed. It is like it was coming out of the waitresses own pocket, so she couldn't be at all generous.

I won't eat there anymore that is for sure. I just finished a bowl of cereal for a snack as my dinner sure was terrible and not enough of it. I phoned the restaurant to voice my unhappiness and the phone rang and rang but no answer.
