Working for Tri State Kentucky Fried Chicken provides you the opportunity to be on staff with a company that values its employees. Our newest employee incentive program provides our KFC staff members with the opportunity to earn Chicken Bucks (C Bucks) for going over and beyond their expected duties. The company allows RGMs and above are allowed to issue these C Bucks, which can be accumulated over a period of time. Once an employee has received a given amount of C Bucks they can come to the website and visit our C Bay page.

C Bay includes a variety of items from $25 gift cards to 4 King's Island tickets. You can check out all the items available on the website. Once an employee has enough C Bucks to meet a minimum bid of an item of their choice they can submit a bid through the online form that is located on each item page. The bids will be sent in and the employee with the highest bid at the end of the bidding period will collect their item.

This is just one of the many reasons why working for Tri State KFC could be the right career path for you. Have you thought about it? We also have an online employment application you can access at : Pre Employment Application. We value our employees and seek to reward a hard day's work.
